- 14-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 natural days of receipt.
- Standard Sizes: Subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping, rush fees, and tips are strictly non-refundable.
- Custom Orders: These are Final Sale. As they are created to your specific measurements, they cannot be resold.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend trackable local postal services.

3. Return Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Must be returned in original garment bag and hanger. Intimate apparel and fabric swatches are Final Sale.

5. Global Shipping & US Duties
- All shipments are 100% insured against loss or damage.
- US Buyers: We reimburse 100% of your import tariffs. Email us your invoice for a same-day refund.
- Rush orders (10-20 days); Standard (30 days); Peak Season (30-35 days).
