  • Standard Sizes: Subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping, rush fees, and tips are strictly non-refundable.
  • Custom Orders: These are Final Sale. As they are created to your specific measurements, they cannot be resold.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend trackable local postal services.

Once your order is placed, our artisans begin preparation immediately. We offer a 24-hour grace period for any changes or cancellations.

3. Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Must be returned in original garment bag and hanger. Intimate apparel and fabric swatches are Final Sale.

  • US Buyers: We reimburse 100% of your import tariffs. Email us your invoice for a same-day refund.
  • Rush orders (10-20 days); Standard (30 days); Peak Season (30-35 days).
