When should I place my order?
To ensure your gown receives the dedicated artistry it deserves, we recommend ordering at least 6–8 weeks before your event.
  • Artisanal Tailoring (7–12 days): Hand-crafted precision by our experienced tailors.
  • Secure Global Shipping (5–10 days): Via DHL/FedEx/UPS with full tracking.
  • Peace of Mind: We suggest an additional 2-week buffer for final local steaming or minor personal styling adjustments.

What about international taxes and US duties?
We ship worldwide with 100% insurance against loss or damage.
Exclusively for US Buyers: We reimburse 100% of your import tariffs. Simply email your invoice to us for a same-day refund.

Yes, standard-size gowns (US14 or smaller) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a 90% refund. Custom-size and custom-color gowns are Final Sale as they are crafted specifically for you.
Understanding Fees (Restocking, Shipping & Tax)
  • 10% Restocking Fee: Covers artisanal quality control, inspection, and the delicate repackaging required for high-end couture.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Since shipping services have already been utilized and sales tax incurred to local governments, we are unable to issue a refund for these specific charges.
